By enrolling in the Wholistic Human Design Academy Membership* (referred to as "the Membership"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline the agreement between you ("Member") and Rochelle Christiane ("Provider").

 

1. Membership Overview
The Wholistic Human Design Academy Membership is an ongoing subscription program designed to provide continuous access to educational resources, live support, and tools focused on Human Design, Astrology, holistic health, subconscious reprogramming, and the Gene Keys.

 

2. Payment Terms
Membership Fee:The Membership requires a recurring payment of $88, billed monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on the selected plan.
No Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds or cancellations will be provided for partial use of the Membership during a billing cycle.
Payment Failure: If a payment is not successfully processed, access to Membership content and benefits will be suspended until payment is resolved.

 

3. Membership Benefits
As part of the Membership, you receive:
- Ongoing access to a growing library of resources and materials.
- Regular live calls and support sessions.
- Community engagement and networking opportunities.
- Exclusive bonuses and updates as released.

The Provider reserves the right to adjust Membership offerings and benefits as needed to improve the experience or respond to demand.

 

4. Member Responsibilities 
Commitment: Members are responsible for engaging with the content and attending live calls or sessions as desired.
- Technology: Members must ensure they have access to reliable internet and the necessary tools to access Membership materials.
- Confidentiality: Members agree to maintain the confidentiality of any shared information within the Membership community, including live sessions and group calls.

 

5. Intellectual Property 
All materials, including but not limited to videos, worksheets, and bonuses, are the intellectual property of the Provider. Members may not share, reproduce, or distribute these materials without express written permission.

 

6. Access Duration
Membership access is provided as long as the Member maintains an active subscription. If the Membership is canceled or payment fails, access to all benefits, materials, and community spaces will be terminated.

 

7. Cancellation Policy
- Members may cancel their Membership at any time by contacting the Provider or managing their subscription through the payment platform.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused portions of the billing cycle.

 

8. Personal Accountability 
The Provider does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. The Membership is educational in nature, and success depends on the Member’s personal effort and engagement.

 

9. Dispute Resolution 
Any disputes arising under these terms shall first be addressed through direct communication between the Member and the Provider.

The Provider is not a licensed medical, financial, or legal professional. The Membership content is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice.

 

11. Acknowledgment 
By enrolling in the Wholistic Human Design Academy Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
